We Three  ~ Bob Draga, Jeff Barnhart & Danny Coots ~ 2005

Welcome to the music of We3!  Bob's soaring melodies, inspired improvisations, and rich tone are backed by Danny's endlessly intricate and inventive rhythms.  For my part, I jump from melody to rhythem as required.  We hope you will agree that the trio's sound is more than the some of its parts.  Our program covers 60 years of music, ranging from ragtime to swing, ballads to bounces, with a country tune thrown in ( more from Danny on this tune to follow)!  I'll try to share a few highlights, although I hope you will discover your own.

I've tried to select the most often requested songs with the hope I won't have to record again anytime soon.  All in all, this recording is pretty damed good, what with the help of one of the best jazz bands in the country and a rhythm section second to none.  I don't think we will find too many unopened copies at garage sales.
